Somebody Teatox 14 day Detox and Cleanse

I'm not a big tea drinker, I drink it very rarely so when I was sent the Somebody Teatox 14 Day Detox and Cleanse I wasn't sure if it would be for me. I spent a couple of weeks looking at the box before eventually opening it and starting the Teatox. Somebody is a Superdrug own brand health care range to help you to enjoy a healthier lifestyle and also help with weight loss.

The Teatox comes with 28 teabags, you get 14 morning teabags and 14 nighttime ones. I don't sleep very well at nights and when I started to use these tea bags, I started at night and I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the teabags. They actually remind me of mulled wine! The nighttime teabags have Honey Bush, Rose Hip, Linden Flowers, Sumac Verbana, Lime Leaves, Spearmint, Sweet Orange Peel, Sunflower Petals as ingredients and this actually helped me to sleep better. Whilst you sleep, the Teatox works and in the mornings I found that my body was cleansed and my insides seemed to flush through, making me feel better and less bloated.

The daytime Teatox have Green Tea, Egyptian Lemon Yerba Mate, Lemongrass, Hibiscus, Dandelion Leaves, Dried Ginger, Nettle Leaves and natural Ginseng as ingredients and these make you feel refreshed and more energetic. The ingredients are natural so you know that its only goodness going into your body. Through the day, the teabags also help to reduce your appetite so you will find yourself picking less and less. This is only a good thing - right?

I enjoyed the taste of the teatox, when I wasn't sure if I would or not, so it goes to show that we should all try new things all of the time. The teatox is part of a whole range of Somebody products from Superdrug and you can mix and match with different foods and drinks. The teatox has the benefit that you can use it for two weeks, where other teatox drinks are only recommended for 7 days. You can't use these whilst you're pregnant, but other than that I would recommend this to everyone. Its like mulled wine - only without the alcohol! The teatox is easy and quick to make, just pop the teabag in a cup of boiling water for 2-4 minutes according to taste.

The Someday Teatox is available from Superdrug for £24.99 for a 28 days box and is on a 'buy one get one half price' deal with a free gift if you buy two products. The 14 day teatox that I was asked to try as part of Superdrug Blog Squad is £15.99, again on the same offers.

Have you teatoxed before? There is no going back for me now.
