Professor Scrubbingtons Bath Goodies Giveaway And Review

Sometimes I wonder if Tilly should have been a boy, she loves nothing more than rolling around in the dirt and let’s face it in the summer that’s all the kids want to do! I have always lived by the philosophy that as long as my child goes out clean, then she can get as dirty as she likes because getting dirty is a sign of a good day out creating memories for little people.

So what is my problem? It’s that little miss Tilly has a problem with getting in the bath and washing at the end of the day. We have to bribe her to wash and even if she gets in the bath she is renowned for pouring shampoo into the bath and can use a whole shower gel in one bath session.
When I was approached by the team at Professor Scrubbington’s to try out their bath time goodies, I thought it would encourage her to wash rather than pouring it in the bath. The range of bath products is aimed at primary school children and when Tilly saw them, she loved them and when this mummy saw them she was pleased too because the products are all foam and there will be no more pouring products into the bath! The parcel arrived in a suitcase looking box, i thought this was novel and definitely appealing to the kids that these products are aimed at.

The range of bath time goodies are 98% natural and have no parabens or nasty additives added to them, perfect for Tilly as she has a little bit of eczema that flares up occasionally. The aloe vera in the products is perfect for her skin too as it has moisturising abilities and will soothe her eczema when she has a flare up. The bottles are smaller than normal and therefore easier for little hands to get hold of and grip. I did have a problem with opening the shampoo and conditioner, It has a lip at the entrance of the bottle that you have to lift in order to get some of the shampoo out. this was quite tough to open BUT for me, I prefer this as I know that Tilly wont be able to make a mess and waste it all. But for older children using the product themselves, it might be difficult. The cap can be left open and it wont leak, and also the more you open and close the cap it will loosen as time goes on. If you order products over £10, you get free P&P too!

The range includes

Scrubbingtons foaming shampoo 150mls for £5.00, foams out onto your hand so it doesn't run down your little cherubs face. When I wash Tillys hair with shampoo, she screams so much that any passerby would think that I was murdering her. This shampoo is gentle, doesn't  run and the fun bottle makes her more likely for her to want her hair washed and conditioned with the Scrubbingtons Magically Foaming Conditioner, again 150mls for £5.00.

Scrubbingtons Magically Foaming Hair and Body Wash perfect for little boys, as we know its more manly for them to use a hair and body wash like dad does. Again its gentle on their skin and as its a 2 in 1 product its perfect to take on holiday or for trips to the swimming pool. 150mls is £5.00.

Scrubbingtons Magically Fragrant Deodorant is perfect for the little ones, We all know that kids are growing up a lot faster these days, with a lot of them hitting puberty before they leave primary school. Its a sad fact and the kids are not always ready to grow up in a rush. The deodorant is gentle for their underarms, and you cant really buy an adult deodorant that is suitable for a youngster. Bethany had a really bad sweatingf problem when she was younger and by 6 years old she was having to use a deodorant spray. Had this been around when she was younger, It would of been so much better for her. A 50mls deodorant stick is £5.00.

Lastly but not least is Tilly's favourite from the range. Scrubbingtons Magically Foaming Hand and Face ,Wash, It is a foam and once you push down on the dispenser, it dispenses just enough of the foam soap for you to use, with it being foam Tilly plays with it and moulds it into shapes, so it has made wash time a fun time for us now.

Professor Scrubbington and his lovely team have offered our readers the chance to win one of their hampers of goodies.
