Rocky Maternity Nursing Top Review From Bethany (Mum to Be)

I have a guest post from my daughter number 3, Bethany who is 8 months pregnant and reviewed the nursing top from HappyMum London. Beth says

I live on the out skirts of a small town, which has very few shops that sell maternity clothes. So when I was asked to review some maternity wear from HappyMum, I jumped at the opportunity seeing as I only had one piece of maternity wear at the time.

I got offered the ' Rocky viscose maternity nursing top' from This top is designed for breast feeding mums. It has two holes where your nipples are, these are covered by a zipped flap., This is designed for discreet breastfeeding and also ease of breastfeeding because you wont need to juggle with your clothes, whilst trying to calm a crying and hungry baby. The only thing I would say, because the material is so thin, I would warn against wearing a dark bra. I am going to breastfeed my baby so I hope this will make it easier for me to feed in public and to see a company selling clothes like this that make it more discreet, kind of gives a new mother confidence to feed their baby in public.

I was a little overweight when i started my pregnancy, this has meant depending on the trousers I wear my belly sometimes hangs out the bottom of the top because its not very long. However saying that, seeing as the top is designed for breast feeding mums, this should not be an issue as my belly will go down after birth and when I start breast feeding. The metal zipper adds decoration as well as practicality. You definitely get your money worth when you buy this top because it will last your whole pregnancy and you can use it for as long as your feeding your baby. The top is fashionable and classy and you can buy it here for £29.00

The materials that it is made from, viscose 96%, elastane 4%, help this top to look very flattering around your hips and show off your bump. These materials help the top to be light and airy, this is great seeing as I will be having a august baby, and with the weather like it is at the moment in this heat wave, It is helping to keep me cool.

This top would look gorgeous with the lovely summery Flower printed maternity summer trousers or Sugar Navy carrot cut Maternity trousers. both available from HappyMum.London.
