Heroes Of The City Giveaway

Youtube is such a great place for us to find free channels for children to watch and one of these channels is Heroes of the City. Heroes of the City is an kids cartoon about a group of rescue vehicles in a small town where everybody gets to be a hero! The cartoon teaches the children how important friendship is to you and how helping eachother means you can achieve more things.

We were asked by the people behind Heroes of the City to review their youtube channel and give our thoughts.

The youtube channel is easy to find and the videos are full episodes of about 11 minutes each (perfect timing because that is about the attention span of a toddler!)
We watched the train episodes and Tilly was most excited about the train having the same name as her! Tilly is 5 and this episode lasted for nearly 35 minutes - perfect timing for her. Tilly the train is curious and thinks 'the grass is greener on the other side' so this almost causes her to have an accident, she is over excited and doesn't want to listen to others who are trying to warn her! Sounds like a Tilly i know. Luckily Paulie Police Car and Fiona Fire Engine are here to save the day - Phew!

There is a website to go with the cartoons, where you can learn more about the characters and the programmes as well as find activities to do and watch episodes.

Heroes of the city could also be found in apps for your smartphones or tablets
App Store: https://itunes.apple.com/ap...

Heroes of the City is produced by Ruta Ett DVD AB, a Swedish company and the yuotube channel is available in different languages for youngsters around the world.
