How To Get A Good Night Sleep

I am the first to admit that I am the worst sleeper, Sometimes I survive on about 4 hours sleep! But having come across the website we found some great advice.

Sleep is the time that we recharge our batteries ready for the day ahead and lack of sleep can be not only dangerous but embarrassing too. The amount of times I have fallen asleep on the bus home with all the school kids on it is embarrassing (especially as I snore).

Losing 2 hours a night of sleep dramatically decreases your productivity through out the day and that is where accidents happen! I have been with my company for nearly 10 years and sometimes after lack of sleep, I make the silliest of mistakes, which shouldn't be happening with all my experience in the job.

My biggest downfall at bedtime is taking the kindle to bed and watching something on Netflix, then I want to watch another episode and another. Before i know it, it is 3AM and I have to be up by 8AM.Even once I put the Kindle off, my mind is still buzzing and I cant sleep.

Is your mattress comfortable? without a decent mattress you wont get a good night sleep. There is nothing worse than waking up in the middle of the night because there is a spring digging you in the back. Having an uncomfortable mattress means that it could lead to back ache too, so investing in a new mattress could really help with getting a good night sleep too.
