Today i have a recipe for a simple lavender oil, for massaging into your skin.
150mls grapeseed oil
75mls wheatgerm oil
10 drops of vitamin oil
6 drops of lavender essential oil
pour all of the ingredients into a bottle using a spout and shake well (yes its as simple as that)
- Shake well before each use
- pour the oil into your hands and warm it up before putting it onto your body
- Massage into your skin on your body in a circular motion, untill its soaked in.
