Earlier on today i couldnt decide what to blog about today but after a bad customer service experience with a well know paint company, i decided that should be my topic for today.
I am a great believer that as a sales assistant you should treat the customers as you would like to be treated yourself. I like to think that I am good at delivering customer service but it really riles me up when i dont recieve it back :( Today i have witnessed poor customer service and its such a shame that companies feel the need to treat customers like that.
Before i had Tilly i worked as a mystery shopper and its something i would love to get back into, but only about 5% of my work left a negative result due to the customer service. With mystery shoppers it goes back to head office and then the part of the company that was shopped is then pulled up or congratulated on a great result. The freebies i got out of it were great too. On one occasion the company paid for me to travel first class to Leeds and then buy perfume from Harvey Nicks :)
As for the incident i came across today, i will fight my corner and i will get the company to reply to my emails :/ xx
